Hi, I'm Markus.

Markus Balser

I've been an athlete for as long as I can remember. Moving has always been the biggest part of my life.

At some point I decided I wanted to share that passion. I became a yoga teacher, then a mobility coach, constantly deepening my understanding of how the human body works.

I took various trainings from Functional Range Conditioning, Kinstretch, ELDOA, Myofascial Stretching, to specific strengthening techniques in the Soma Training universe.

Adapt is where I bring all of that together so you can practice from anywhere and build a body that handles whatever life throws at it.
