What equipment do I need?
Most sessions require no equipment at all, just a mat or a carpet. Some sessions use a yoga block, a tennis ball, a towel or stick. However, these are all things that can be substituted with items like books, socks or a broomstick.
How much time does it take per week?
Ideally you can commit to 2–3 sessions per week, even if it is just 20 minutes. After some sessions you will feel an immediate benefit, but creating long-term adaptations in the body takes time and consistency.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes. The library includes progressions from foundational to advanced. Also within the sessions there are usually progressions you can take.
What if I'm dealing with an existing injury?
The library includes sessions specifically focused on hip, shoulder, and spine — areas where people often deal with pain or restriction. That said, always consult a healthcare professional if you're dealing with an acute injury before beginning any movement practice.
How do I cancel?

What's the difference from regular yoga or stretching?
