These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Adapt Movement Lab platform, including all video content, programs, and materials available through the member area (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your own private, non-commercial purposes.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our name, logo, trademarks, or content beyond the limited personal license described above.
Any unauthorized use or reproduction of our content constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your access and legal action.

The content provided through the Services — including all movement classes, joint training programs, and educational materials — is intended for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You acknowledge and agree that:
By accessing the Services, you confirm that you are physically capable of participating in movement training, or that you have obtained appropriate medical clearance to do so.
5. Payment and Subscriptions
Payments for membership are processed by Copecart GmbH, which acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions. When you purchase a membership, you enter into a purchase agreement with Copecart, subject to Copecart's own Terms and Conditions. We are not a party to that transaction.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription directly through your account.

6. Account and Termination
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Markus Balser / Adapt Movement Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Copecart for your subscription in the six months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law in your country of residence.
Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Düsseldorf, Germany, for the resolution of any disputes arising under these Terms. EU-resident consumers may also bring claims in their country of residence.

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform for consumers, accessible at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings but are willing to consider them on a case-by-case basis.
